Community Story
Based on our belief that a thriving public transit system is essential for active living and equitable prosperity, Wello assisted in the creation of a collaborative agreement between Green Bay Metro Transit and Green Bay Area Public Schools to allow students to ride city busses free of charge. This has huge long-term potential for our community as public transit is normalized from a young age and takes pressures off parents who may face economic and logistical challenges getting their children to school and other activities safely. This increased ridership will prompt improved bus routes and more convenient bus schedules.
