This project aims to build a local framework to address health and well-being of the whole individual and community centered on trust and relationships that results in vaccinations.
Community Well-being Navigators will be on-site to answer questions, provide additional health resources, and help build relationships during the clinics. We are excited to welcome Afnan Abdullah as our navigator!
