We would like to invite you to join the Wello's Brown County Community Health Panel, which is made up of people who agree to participate in additional health surveys and live in Brown County, Wisconsin.

Members of the panel will be contacted to take part in health surveys a few times each year.

Must be a current Brown County resident and must be 18 years or older.
