We uncover and monitor data and trends that affect our daily lives.

Wello's primary data collection tool is adapted from the World Health Organization’s Quality of Life – BREF survey. This tool has been tested and proven to effectively identify well-being problems.  It will collect the local, Brown County voice in four discrete elements of health and well-being. These include an individual’s:

  • Physical
    Well-Being

Nutrition, physical activity, sleep, pain management, stress

  • Emotional
    Well-Being

Emotional health, sense of purpose, outlook, isolation

  • Community
    Well-Being

Environment, civic engagement, financial health, lifelong learning

  • Social
    Well-Being

    Relationships, spirituality, support, connection

Survey

Build evidence to amplify and support local efforts.

Results will allow us to pinpoint where to take action to address the unique factors that are preventing people from being as well as possible. It also showcases were progress is made over time.
